Scope of the Congress

After the great success of the 1st Bioinformatics and Genomics Seminar organized in April 2017 in person, the 1st Bioinformatics and Genomics Workshop in February 2020 in Face-to-Face, The first National Days of Bioinformatics Genomics and Proteomics organized in September 2020 by videoconferences held at the Faculty of Natural Sciences at SAAD DAHLEB University, Blida1. As well as the great success of the International Bioinformatics Day in June 2019 and the days of the 2nd International Conference on Bioinformatics in November 2024. The Department of Biology of the Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, SAAD DAHLEB University, Blida1 is pleased and pleased to announce the upcoming International Congres of Computational Biology, Bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence to be held on December 17, 18, 19, 2025 by videoconference. These international Congress are dedicated to computational biology, bioinformatics and artificial intelligence, bringing together national and international researchers, teachers and professional experts to explore major advances in these evolving interdisciplinary fields. These days offer a varied and in-depth program, addressing essential themes such as microbial and metagenomic genomics, plant genomics and metabolomics, as well as neurogenomics and immunogenomics. Discussions will also focus on critical applications in pharmacogenomics and translational genomics, integral genome analysis and their involvement in pathology, as well as pangenome and computational biology. Human and oncology genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies and their computational exploitation, as well as the role of the exome in the diagnosis and treatment of complex diseases will also be explored. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss epigenomics, nanobiomolecules and their integration in bioinformatics, while deepening omics and multi-omics approaches. In addition, these days will include sessions on molecular docking, proteomics and biomolecule design, not to mention the growing impact of artificial intelligence in analysis and modeling in computational biology.
